IN A SMALL BOWL COMBINE POTATO SALAD, PEPPER, AND SALT.

CUT TOPS OF BELL PEPPERS; REMOVE SEEDS AND MEMBRANES. PLACE BELL PEPPERS IN A GREASED 8-INCH SQUARE BAKING DISH.

SPOON POTATO MIXTURE INTO PEPPERS.

BAKE, COVERED, AT 400 DEGREES FOR 35-45 MINUTES.
