The following mission statement is intended to express Mrs. Stratton's philosophy of how we intend to conduct business, as well as explain why we choose to operate as we do. It is our hope that as we live out our mission, we will provide market leadership that helps shape the characteristics of our industry, set an example for others to consider, as well as be able to take advantage of the opportunities that emerge in a business environment of change.

Our Goals

In consideration of the company's customers, employees, and owners, Mrs. Stratton's Salads, Incorporated has, at the heart of its mission, the following goals and objectives:

  • To provide quality goods and services that bring value to it's customers
  • To provide a quality of business life to all its employees that give each a sense of belonging, contribution, and purpose
  • And to provide a good return on invested capital for its stockholders
These goals are as important to help maintain a healthy business life just as water, food, and air are to human life. All are necessary for success, and the absence of any one of these goals would prove to be harmful to the life of the corporation.
